CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate a 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to keep your service appointment.

When cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it impacts the Salon, the Stylist and the opportunity to service other guests.

In the case of two cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable cancellation fee for 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Essence also reserves the right to ask a client to provide a credit card to reserve future appointments.
